KŌST is a rooftop restaurant on 44th floor of Bisha Hotel. It has absolutely stunning view, and that is the very best part of this restaurant. Patio has nice pool, but it is only available for use for guests of the hotel or building residents. The place could be little bit more decorated to match the spectacular view. The food was good. We went for brunch, and ordered few appetizers to share: carpaccio, burrata and avocado toast. We added cold press juice, and finished it off with nice desert Tries Leche and espresso coffee. The menu has a few good options from fish, steak, lamb, chicken. Service was very good and prices are maybe a bit higher, but still on average for Toronto restaurant. Overall, I would recommend KŌST, and brunch time seems perfect. (Heated patio)
Update: Our second time at KŌST just after the lockdown was again per our expectations. Still a great experience, with exceptional service and a fabulous view and ambiance. For our dinner we went for a few appetizers: Grilled Calamari, Tomato Tartine, and Avocado & Pineapple salad. For the main course, we opted for a Smoked Short Rib. Everything was amazing, and super delicious. We will with no hesitation come back to this restaurant.
