Amal Toronto is another great restaurant, the Young and Bloor area. It serves Lebanese food, which perfectly adds to diverse Toronto food choices and flavors. Very pleasant atmosphere with a great vibe. The restaurant's décor is fantastic with a very chic and cool patio. Service is very good, with knowledgeable servers and the manager's check-in. The food is super tasty. Our appetite was more for lighter food. We started with an amazing Truffle Rakakat - little cheese rolls, several salads; Tabbouleh, Monk, and Fattoush. The Monk salad is unique with roasted eggplant in the combination with pomegranate. Excellent. To our appetizers, we also added Kibbeh with amazing cucumber yogurt. All of these flavors are different and worth trying. For the main entrée, we picked Ontario Lamb chops, made to perfection and super delicious, and Grilled Tiger Shrimps. Four of us shared all the food, and the amount was just about right. To this perfect evening and delicious food, we added a great wine - Chianti La Torreta, which is one of my favourite Italian wines. And to finish it off, serving of Baklava was just a must. Overall, great ambience, vibe, amazing food. Definitely recommend stopping by Amal.
